Maeve Higgins Fancy Vittles

'A TV Triumph' The Sunday Times

A unique comedy with a cult following, Fancy Vittles is Maeve Higgins' triumphant journey through the worlds of love, friends, family, pets and cooking.

Written and performed by  Maeve Higgins, the series is set in a country kitchen as Maeve helps her sister Lilly – a brilliant cook – to prepare minor feasts for various people. The whole time Maeve talks through her ideas and feelings about the guests and the food as her mind races through the comic encounters that she has had in the past. The sisters’ words and food are complemented by beautiful archive footage of Ireland and magical stopframe animation.

Makin' Jake

The much-anticipated show in which chancer extraordinaire Jake Stevens heads for the US in search of fame and fortune.  After a string of failed business set-ups in Ireland, Jake Stevens (a.k.a. PJ Gallagher) has packed his bags in search of fame and fortune in the USA.
Backed by a Credit Union loan and a whole lot of optimism, Jake’s first stop is Hollywood where he is guided by an acting coach, Eric Estarda (Poncherello from CHiPs) and Lou Ferrigno (The Incredible Hulk) as he attempts to ‘Make It’.
